All Systems Red and Artificial Condition by Martha Wells are our group reads for June. Since they are short novellas, we will read both this month.

If people enjoy reading these two, maybe we can continue the series in a Buddy Read...

Phillip Murrell | 100 comments Have fun, everyone. I've already read the first four novellas. Although I love Murderbot (I hear HK-47 from Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic), I could never care for anything else about the stories. I hope you enjoy the more the series than I did. I definitely gave it a solid effort.

I read the first book, All Systems Red and it was good, but never really sucked me completely into the story. I might have gone on to read the second one to give it more of a chance, but the kindle price is $10.99 for a 150 page novella. I usually don't even pay that for a normal length book if I can help it. So I think I'm going to have to stop here.
