He was a good suspect until they did a deeper dive into him. He just wasn't smart enough to do the murders and his dog loved him.
He seemed like a good suspect for a few minutes then he looked too weak to pull off the complex murders.
I could see why the cops would think that they had caught the killer, but I didn't think he was smart enough (or motivated enough) to pull off these detailed murders. I could see him getting mad and killing his father in a rage, but not the other guys.
I thought they were right to take a look at him but at first meeting, I knew this guy wasn’t the killer. I agree he just wasn’t smart or clever enough to do this. Yeah, Sharon, it was only a few minutes.
