Lisa (lsyliu) | 2 comments I got this book in Waterstones around 2004. I thought it was on my bookshelf but when we moved I lost it. Its about a guy who call himself an escape artist or an escapologist. I thought the title was something similar but I’ve been unable to find it. The cover was yellow typography style cover. He gets himself committed to mental institutes just so he can escape them. It starts out with him answering questions to get himself committed.

Becca (beccalikesbooks) | 5547 comments Was it non-fiction or fiction? If it was fiction, what genre was it - thriller? Literary fiction? etc. I'm guessing it was for adults rather than teens / children?

A guess - The Contortionist's Handbook by Craig Clevenger?

Lisa (lsyliu) | 2 comments Yes that’s it! Thank you! Haha I don’t know how I though the cover was yellow. It was white. Sorry for the lack of info and thank you so much for guessing the book!
