what do you do with your books after you‘ve read them?

I'm a rereader! I haven't always been as big into books as I have been the past couple years but I have always been a reader. Some of my oldest and favourite series I've reread 5+ times.

Because I tend to thrift most my physical books now once I read them if I didn't like it or can't see myself ever rereading again I'll sell it on marketplace for cheap or just donate it again :/

They are literally just ornaments for my bedroom after I’m finished with them. I usually don’t reread books unless I’m absolutely in love with them because I don’t like to go into a book knowing the plot

I don't reread either so they sit on the shelf and when I buy more books I take the ones that I've already read off and put them in containers to make space for the new books

I only read e-books because I feel that's more sustainable. So, once I've read a book, I just keep it there in my library because it has a lot of highlights and notes that I've made as I read them. I delete them after a while (my form of spring cleaning lol) because all the precious or notable things from a book I've read are etched into my mind anyway.

After I finish a book I will give it to a friend or save it and reread it and get a different prospective out of it the second time.

i mostly read pdfs now since its a hassle having to carry books to school etc but if its a physical copy i own then i advertise the book to ALLL of my friends and let them borrow that book so i have someone to abt it with😋
