Please delete

Hi, I've just read and own a new release - 31/5/22 - Guardians by Jordan Gould and noticed another almost the same. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...

I contacted the publisher as they're both saying first in the series and I know the one I read is correct. She said "Well the first one [Guardians] is definitely the correct, trade version. The second link looks like a page one of the authors created way back in the day, when they were trying to get their Kickstarter campaign off the ground. But it has a really old title and cover art – is it possible to delete the second page?"

I can't delete it as although it has no reviews, it has people 'wanting to read' it. Can a Superlibrarian please fix this one, so only Guardians is showing? Thank you.

We don't delete old versions on GR.

I know and understand that, but this wasn't even a version unfortunately. Do you need the request to come from the publisher?

If it has an old title and cover art that implies that it is an old version to us. If it was never released that way even on kickstarter then Goodreads could delete it, but we can't. If that is the case you can write to Support and give them the details.

For future reference, we do not delete books outright if there is a merge target. I have combined it with the other edition.
Goodreads uses the term "reviews" to include "Want to reads" in this case.
