Deleting Book on Book Page

On my Book page, there are two books listed that I did not write. How do I remove them?

"An Introduction to Network Simulator 3" and "An Introduction to Network Modeling and Simulation for the Practicing Engineer" are not mine. The other 5 are.

Also, how do I get a "badge", certifying that my books are mine?

There are only three books on your page: Padanaram Village, The Paperhanger, and The Sentence.

If there are other books elsewhere that need to be moved to your profile, link to them.
