Trying to find a specific book, but will take recs

I read a book awhile ago and was wanting to read it again but cannot, for the life of me, remember what it is called.

PNR. MMC is fixing up a house to sell, he is a bird shifter of some sort, raven or crow I believe. He can increase the strength of a witch's spells, but he doesn't know any of this.

FMC's grandmother is a ghost that lives in his attic. She has wonky/broken magic that works right when he is around.

His ex gets her hands on a feather of his and tries to forcefully bind them together, but it doesn't work.

At the end of the book I believe that he was offered a job at a school for paranormal kids.

If I can't read it again, I'd like something similar. I've read Nocturne Falls and Shadowvale and I would like to read that kind of lighthearded novel. Please no jerks, just some nice paranormal peeps.
