Beth-In-UK | 1195 comments I smiled at the Pinterest exchange!!! But I think Austen was having a bit of a joke herself, calling Jane Bennet after herself, as I'm sure she knew she herself was nothing like her (far more like Lizzy!). :) :)

Mrs Norris is pretty awful. Fanny is self serving. Mrs. Norris is cruel for cruelty sake.

Not quite sure what point you are making, but the sexual dynamo comment intrigues me. I've always had the feeling that religious, uptight, prissy Mary Bennet would probably go off like a bomb in bed.
