Question - Skeleton Crew: Is this a series, or something else?

Regarding the series (supposedly) 'Skeleton Crew' by Stephen King:

I haven't read the book/series, so I'm not quite sure if this is a series or not. If it is a series, some 18 entries are missing, but considering most of the current entries are in Spanish with <1k ratings, I somehow doubt these fall in the same category and share the same characters. Perhaps they fall within the same "universe", but that can be bent pretty far and I'm not sure that's the policy's intent. Perhaps a Listopia list would be more appropriate? I dunno.

Anyway, perhaps someone can chime in.

Disconnected short story collections, even those by a single author, are not considered series on GR.

Having said that, I too haven't read the "series" and don't know if any characters cross over. But from the blurbs it appears not.
