Do you think, when Snow shot at her, she became a ghost?
The medic told him that snakes come out in that weather. They weren't even surprised by his story about it biting him on base. And snakes like to hide under things. So that's a distinct possibility. Besides, even if she put it there, she wasn't trying to kill him.I feel like she just ditched the scarf when he started walking around with a gun tho. Yk, so he wouldn't be able to see her so easily?

TBOSAS is my fav if the series, no lie. one of my fav books period. I have read SOTR, personally I didn't care for it as much as the rest.
Really? For me, it definitely competes with THG and TBOSAS for my favorites. I mean, THAT ENDING.
yeah, the ending was good, and I love me a tragedy, and I DID read it in like three days, but it just wasn't as good, imo. some parts felt low-key like fanfic somehow? and like, I reread a lot of fanfic, and idek what I'm getting at by that but, yeah. besides, I just wasn't as I to it? i did rate it five stars, but I did consider lowering it to like 4.5...

yes, that's how i usually feel, but in thg i feel like it works, because it would make sense she had a hard time, she wasn't focusing on that because there was more important stuff going on. however, if you really pay attention, peeta was clearly the only one she ever REALLY felt that way about imo. hence why i'm so firmly on team peeta
True… I’ve only read them once so maybe I’ll see it if when/if I reread.I totally get why she ended up with Peeta and it makes sense for her, I just like Gale more as a person.
tbh, I like both, I do like Peeta better tho
there are def love triangles where I'm on one team but I like the other character better tho lol.

I was definitely team Gale in the first and part of the second books but I feel like Gale always guilted Katniss into a relationship and Peeta was more respectful of it being her choice. Gale would always be like guilting her because of the things she had to do in the games with Peeta but Peeta was literally willing to sacrifice his life in the second Games so Katniss could be with Gale and her family.

And cinna is my fav character in the whole series but I have never heard of people shipping him and Katniss. I feel like he was a father figure/friend kind of like Haymitch not a creepy age gap romance
yeah, I think I heard of the ship before, it creeps me out.

I see what you mean, though I feel like Gale was always there for her, even when Peeta wasn’t. Sure he gave her bread once, but Gale taught her to hunt. He was poor too, and could understand her better. He totally should have confessed before, though, and Peeta probably saved her with his “star-crossed lovers” scheme. I guess it’s a matter of personal preference and what we think is most important.
yeah. I personally always say that if it had been Katniss and gale in the arena, they prob wouldn't have both made it.

Also, like I hate to be a downer, but I feel like Lucy Grey would just starve out in the wilderness after this. She can’t go back to D12, and as soon as Snow attained power, even if she did survive, Snow would try to hunt her down… so she’s basically done for.
