For some reason, my reviews and rankings on this book have been split across two different pages. This happened yesterday, I think. Don't know what might have caused it.

A duplicate edition was merged (=deleted) by someone. The duplicate and the edition it was merged into were temporarily separated so the shelvings and reviews of the duplicate went to the right edition.
I've recombined them.

(Merges took a long time yesterday to go through; that might be why it hadn't been recombined yet.)
