When did Derek Pagano get on your radar? Did you guess he was the abductor before the reveal? Was his brother, Elliot, just as complicit by protecting him?

Derek was hardly mentioned so I'd be surprised if anyone worked that out. Elliot for reasons I've already mentioned seemed a more likely suspect. He covered for his brother, he was absolutely complicit.

When the mother, Barbara, pointed out Derek as her son, I started to wonder about where he fit in the story. Also Elliot seemed almost overprotective of him.
