My tabs have color code, but i bought some that come separated so I started putting them combined with the cover of the books. I also annotate with pencil my thoughts and mark quotes with a highlighter :)
Don’t kill me hehehe 🤭
i highlight anything i feel is important or i want to look back on and i’ll write in my own thoughts. then i’ll tab certain things such as romance scenes, character development, quotes, etc.!
i haven't used tabs yet but i mostly underlined conversations i like, thoughts or things i identify with and sometimes highlight phrases. i also annotate my silly thoughts on the sides or above lines, depends of the space and the train thought :)
I underline parts I like or think are heartwarming, sad, etc. and then I match the colour of the tabs to the book cover. I don't assign certain emotions a certain colour though
I underlined everything I think it’s relevant like sad moments romance and etc,I write down everything I feel on that moment,I also use sticky notes.and i use tabs.at them I have a color code I use at all of my books :’)
i have a key i use for my tabs by color, as well as i use transparent sticky notes to annotate and write inside without ruining the book!p.s. the tabs i like using are the ones with a point @ the end so i can point to the sentence i want to tab :)
i'm anti tab so i highlight and write in the margins, i also annotate the epub if its a book i really dont want to ruin
