my current read is Malibu rising by Taylor Jenkins read. This is the second book I’m reading from her. I absolutely loved Evelyn Hugo and everything about it so I decided to give this a chance and I’m so obsessed with it. I started it yesterday, and I’m already mostly done with the book. After this one, I have another Taylor Jenkins, read book, Daisy Jones, and the six.
I’m nearly finish with Henna Wars by Adiba Jaigirdar :)I’ll probably finish it by today and then start shatter me by Tahereh Mafi 🥳
Athini and Wisteria’s Milan Catwalk Mystery AdventureAnother great adventure this I enjoyed very much, too. The catwalk with lots of fashion and very much action. Love the cat, dog and unique characters and how they help each other to sort out the mystery. I enjoyed very much. Very much recommend to read.
Athini and Wisteria’s Afternoon Tea Mystery Adventure

So far, its ok, but I wish there was a much deeper plot line to them. I love a good spicy book, but its almost overshadowing everything else these books could be.
-"Madly, Deeply: The Diaries of Alan Rickman" by Alan Rickman (so far, it's got me thinking about how you do art being as important as the art you do.)-"The Whispering Dark" by Kelly Andrew (Wasn't planning to start Owlcrate's October book yet, but the intro freaking slapped, so here we are.)
-"The Fellowship of the Ring" by J.R.R. Tolkien (TROP has me in a condition, and the condition is obsessed.)
-"The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches" by Sangu Mandanna (Concept for this one has me shrieking; no spoilers pls)
-"How to Kiss Your Grumpy Boss" by Jenny Proctor (In this climate?? jkjk)
-"Clockwork Prince" by Clare (Finally going through this writer's stuff for anthropological/morbid curiosity reasons; vibes have been very akin to the period of history where we mocked Britney for shaving her head until the newer works).
-"Real Men Knit" by Kwana Jackson (already heartbroken, but here for the found family and also the knitting)
