Multiple attempts to claim book denied

I was able to get the title separated from a Mark Douglas who is not me. But multiple attempts with the "Is this you?" button have come back denied. I am listing the website, the publisher's name/email address.

NOTE: I am not linking to FB because I do not have a FB account.

Can this not be linked to my account without a FB account?

This is not a librarian issue as we are not employees of Goodreads. You should contact Support directly and explain the situation.
