A new series by Janet Evanovich starring Gabriela Rose, as a Recovery Agent. Seeking lost or stolen items, she lives an adventurous life.
Unlike Stephanie Plum, Gabriela is secure in her career, spoils herself with luxurious clothing and odds and ends. Similar to Stephanie, she has an ex-husband she has not seen in years. Because of the cover of the book I kept picturing Jennifer Lopez as Gabriela...LoL
The plot in Evanovich's books is always mindless-it's the characters that keep you hooked. I liked this band of quirky people enough that I will read book 2.
