i need help pick a book list for my book club that i’m starting next school year!!

just some school appropriate books for high schoolers (mostly juniors/seniors) that aren’t too dull in plot or things like that!! honestly taking any suggestionsss :)

I feel like these would be good:

-The Perks of Being a Wallflower
-All the Bright Places (extremely sad though)
-Normal People (but I don’t know if it’s for everyone)
-Pride and Prejudice (it’s a classic)
-Looking for Alaska, The Fault in Our Stars, Turtles all the Way Down (so in general books by John green)
-Broken Soup

I hope this helps! There are many more books I love but I think those are really good bc they are about topics many people can relate to

Heart bones by Colleen Hoover is one of my fav ya romance book of hers.

Shatter me by Tahereh Mafi is a good ya dystopian book with a really good plot

The cruel prince by holly black really good ya fantasy with a great mc and plot.

I really enjoyed “the absolutely true diary of a part-time indian” by sherman alexie. Read it in high school and even now like 10 years later I still liked reading it

Either the power of wisdom or the science of science by Michael Buckner

Written in the Stars - it deals with some heavy topics but I feel like there's a lot of good discussions that can come out of this book
