In Farleigh Field by Rhys Bowen – 4 Stars (Rounded up)

Having grown up a few miles from Bletchley Park, I’m always tempted by stories about the work that was carried out there during World War 2. Unfortunately, a lot less of this book was set at Bletchley
Park that I expected. This was a very different type of book than what I have come to expect from Rhys Bowen, but it kept me guessing as to the outcome, and who could and could not be trusted. I was a bit disappointed in the dialogue as it felt very simplistic, but I enjoyed the plot, and will read another of Bowen’s standalone books soon.
