A couple of quick questions:
What connects the books as a series? Do they share characters, etc.?

Are all the books novels, or is A Dance with the Devil a novella?

All books share characters + a continued story, and A Dance with the Devil is a novella, yes! The others are novels.

I've renumbered A Dance with the Devil 0.5, consistent with GR series numbering—0 is reserved for full-length novels (unless the entire series is novellas).
