Beta Read Swap - 78K Mystery - Will read any genre

Hey fellow authors - looking for a beta read swap for completion by end of May 2022. I'm open to reading almost any genre, but am not that familiar with fantasy and sci-fi.

My novel blurb - think Marian Keyes meets Tana French, with a touch of ghost whisperer:

When a homeless man is found murdered in the woods with a pentacle carved into his forehead, the police suspect a group of Wiccans who have gathered in sleepy Baytonhill for a midsummer event. But then a second homeless man appears—and disappears. Everyone assumes he just moved on to another town. But did he, really?

The last thing local psychic Gigi Mountgregory wants is to get involved with another murder investigation, even when the Wiccans ask for her help. Still, she can’t help but find clues wherever she turns, suggesting a serial killer may be at work. Encouraged by her spirit guides and a charming summer guest, Claus, she makes discreet inquiries around the village to find out what people have seen. That is, until someone puts poison in Gigi’s glass of champagne and only a stroke of luck saves her. Now that her own life is at risk, she must choose between giving up and admitting she’s useless or finding the murderer before he kills her.
