My thanks to a quiet Trail Member who wishes to remain anonymous who donated their time by incorporating the SLT's LOGO on our MARQUEE image. For those who may have been online, you may have noticed for almost TWO minutes an additional moderator allowed access to perform this service. Now...Begin watching for the events. And in addition to the events themselves, I'm going to flesh out the events with some background information that will tell some fascinating stories about little known historical events and unique personalities you may never have heard of and unique places you should visit should you have the opportunity. I'll also give you photographs where possible of the people involved, the places where the events occurred, and the performers who are involved in the Trailfest events. Don't be surprised if you even get a restaurant or accommodation recommendation from me, if I've personally been there and thought it worthy of passing along to you. If I don't think it's worth it, I don't waste your time. Welcome to what I think you'll find some fascinating facts along the Southern Literary Trail. Feel free to pitch in your personal experiences, if you've visited the locations mentioned, or have heard the performers featured. Your input is always valued.
