The source is a twitter image, a friend saw in twitter and he is looking for that book. Unfortunately we don't have more details. I know that is a complicated situation.

I can't understand any word for sure. I've tried searching for the words I think I read but haven't found anything. Can you understand any words?

You may have tried this.. I can't do it because I am on my work computer :) But you might try to do a Google image search with the picture.

If you download the photo and mess around with the various color/tint/saturation levels, I feel like the words become easier to see.....almost! The second word looks like 'Books' to me? It also looks like a children's book cover, but again, a guess.
