While doing my usual weekly run through of the newest Giveaways here on the site, I noticed several books tagged as 'art' that aren't.
Examples: Daughters of the Occupation: A Novel of WWII by Shelly Sanders.
Hell and Other Destinations: A 21st-Century Memoir by Madeleine K. Albright.
Though I'm a Librarian, I don't know how to change those tags or if I'm even allowed to. I suspect not.
I only enter print giveaways, so I don't know if this happening with Kindle/E-book offerings also.
