VICTORIA | 3 comments I'm wondering if there are any books out there with DID characters and this revelation happens to be the main twist in the plot

thanks

Miss A | 20 comments Have you read Sybil by Flora Rheta Schriber? It's not a fiction book so there is no revelation or twist but it's a really fascinating read.

(Not exactly a positive portrayal, but an engaging narrator).

Denis DeLong | 211 comments I'm Eve by Chris Costner Sizemore, the woman upon whom The Three Faces Of Eve was based. The Bird's Nest by Shirley Jackson is probably not altogether psychologically accurate, but it's well-written, as you'd expect. There's a hilarious scene in which the girl's personalities take bath after bath, in the process using up all of her aunt's new bath salts.
