The cover is the exact same cover as the other editions listed on GR. Only the page count is different.

Found it at Abe Books: https://www.abebooks.com/servlet/Book.... Also can you change the 'unknown binding' to paperback?

We need the page showing that the ISBN (or ASIN) and other book data match. Without it, we cannot use the cover image, even if it is from Abebooks or another acceptable site.

I found the cover on the publisher's site. The edition with ISBN 9781101970492 is an ebook. Updated.
