Finished, so at 100% some spoilers follow: I liked this and liked parts of it a lot. I think it started quite strong and the characters and scenes were great, very vivid. I really liked the backstories of the victims, especially the Irish devout woman's whole chapter. That was such a good story and character. I liked the scene in the underground. I agree with what was said before, that Gaiman wrote the parts were better than the whole. The main character was not so good. Every time the main character was doing something, it was pretty boring, that whole chapter they visit the girlfriend's aunt. I know there was a thought about the tourists in Stratford being like rats, but could have been more effective in London or the underground. Ending was good, it was fun and I will try to read the writer's later novels, because all the side character stories and descriptions were well written.
