: ) And it's like a decade old, how have I not read this yet?

I’ve got to find a way to get to this one in May. It’s been on my TBR list for way too long. Woohoo, really looking forward to reading it!
This is one of my favorite books. I love Buehlman and everything he's written so far. This was great on audio too. I've never read anything like it or before, or since.
I am in shock! My local library actually has a physical copy of one of our group reads? Yes!!! Please let it still be there by the time I get there!
@Sally: I hope your local library puts a piece of white paper over this amazing cover to prevent people from seeing its sheer awesomeness...
Thanks guys, I feel like I'll be safe. In my town I'm very likely to be the only one interested in a fantastic book like this. The wait lists around here are for romance and civil war stuff.
This is also an audible included title if anyone would rather listen to it. I’m shocked. That almost never happens for horror group reads.

Woot! I’m definitely down for this! It sounds amazing, and right up my alley. Love any kind of death, demon, hell anything so i’m definitely there. Maybe my library will have a kindle copy, but if not - worth a buy!
Nice! I have the Audible, so I may join in for a re-read.If you buy the Kindle edition for $7.99 you can add the Audible for an add 7.49. That's still a pretty good price considering the costs of most audio books.
I've been a member of this group for some time, though I have never joined in with the group reads (time the biggest obstacle). I mostly read the activity and reviews and so forth. This book sounds like a chilling winner, and my library system has a copy. A hold has been placed!

It'll be good to have you with us, Lawrence.

I haven't heard of this one before. Got mine ordered. Looking forward to reading this (and Rats) and to discussing it (them) with everyone!
I read this book a few years ago and it's still among the best books I've ever read. It's incredibly well-written. I know you'll all enjoy this one. :)
Julie wrote: "This is my very first group read LOL"This month (Bunny and Winterset Hollow) were my first ones. Welcome! It's a lot of fun.

omg, how has this book not been on my radar before now!? hope i can get a copy in time to join y'all. i read those across the river before, and i remember liking it. :)
Looking forward. Cover is great. Sadly not in my library, but will order it and hope it's on time for May.
Time to purchase on Kindle ! I can’t wait to read it work the group! This will be my first group read ! I’m excited (:
I finished Between Two Towers. I can't say if I know how I felt about it. the writing was stellar, the characters deep/well thought out, there are some really excellent threads that tie together well. **sort of spoiler**
however, I am not sure how to take the religiosity of the work. is it a plot device? is it meant to make me see the error of my ways and turn to God? is it tongue and cheek? I really have no idea as the entire thing is about religious people trying to achieve a goal for the good of their religion***
end spoiler. I'd can't wait to hear other people's thoughts.
Finally! Have been hoping this gets picked up as a group read since a while, going to take part with my re-read of BTF. Honestly, one of the best books I have read. Period.

Whoa, that's quite an endorsement!

Need to order this, because I don't think I'll be able to find it any other way (library, local bookshop). Only found on amazon.
