"Gale force is what I was talking about with a limit. And I'm not talking about the time limit either, I mean how much of the quirk that you use" He said as he opened the door wider and walked in. "Take Dynamight as an example, he has a limit to how big his explosions can be made and how many explosions he can make until it starts to affect him. That's what you have to be able to figure out, is how much of Gale Force you're able to use before it starts breaks you."

"I did. Ten seconds worth." Ford said seriously. "With how it works...I can barely handle even ten seconds with it without it ripping me apart like a paper doll....." Ford said honestly.

"Deku, when he was in school he had little to no control over his power, I believe he was a late bloomer. He had to figure out what percentage of his power he could use before it would break his bones. You need to figure out what percentage of Gale Force you can use before you break yourself more"
"Mr. Hitoshi....the most I've been able to use Gale force at is about ten percent. Even then it still messes me up pretty good, not bad enough where I need recovery girl...." For said honestly. "I can use Gigaton at full one hundred percent..." Ford said about to show him but stopped cause he remembered what Recovery girl said. " And I used to be able to use electro speed at fifty." Ford said as he looked at his arm.

"Then I want you to try five percent with Gale force the next time you train. And If it's used to be fifty percent with Electro speed, what is the percentage now?" Hitoshi questioned him as he pulled a seat from on of the students desk and pulled it infront of his own desk, then sat down.
"Understood. " Ford said with a nod. "And...sorry if I caused any trouble...." Ford said looking down at the floor.

"Twenty I believe. I've never been able to use it at full. So considering it was fifty before and I haven't used it in a while...I'd say twenty at best, ten at worse," Ford said honestly.

Hitoshi nodded. "I want you to practice it at fifteen then when you train again as well, a happy median if you will. Based off those factors, is how training will go then on. I do not want you overworking yourself again. It won't make you fall behind the class. You make fall a couple ranks at the most, but that would be it" Hitoshi explained.
Ford nodded then remembered. "Actually Mr. Hitoshi sir...I was wondering if you could help rework my training regement. I've noticed my current one is a bit....intense...." Ford said as you could see him rubbing his arm in pain just from thinking about it.
