She drives thier .when she arrive she forgets all about the black and blue mark she had on her cheek and went inside

He looked up at her," I mean it I think your...." He trailed off seeing the bruise on her cheek," When did you get that?" He asked looking at her cheek
"Oh um" Jamie says touching it "I ran into something.."Jamie lies
Quinn's eyebrows went up," You ran into something?" He aske not really believing her
"Ya I wasn't paying attention to were I was going and ran into a pole"Jamie says knowing it wasn't really believable but she had nothing else
"Right... Because I totally believe you did just that." He answered," Seriously I know your lying to me Jamie."
"No I'm not"Jamie says not wanting to tell the truth about him knowin he would do something worse

Jamie stared at the ground "maybe w Rahul's like get some frozen yogurt" she mumbled noting were thy were
Quinn nodded slightly," alright but you'll end up telling me later you always do." He stated getting up
Jamie stood up "I already told you " he said "I ran into a pole"she walked over to the cookies and cream dispenser and grabbed a cup that was beside it
"Right." He muttered walking over behind her and getting chocolate and peanut butter
She worked it in and walked over to the toppings section. She put an Oreo in it and two cherry a on the top and some gummy bears she paid for it and grabbed a spoon and sat back at the table
Quinn put a bunch of different randomness on his and paid before sitting down with her," I have a question for you."
"Yes"she said putting a cherry in her mouth and biting it off the stem
"Why does your boyfriend need you to help him study? It's summer."
"He takes summer classes "Jamie says setting the stem on the table and picking up her spoon
Quinn nodded a little," Ohh that makes more sense now," he said taking a bite of his ice cream

Quinn shrugged," so what? I don't eat like this all the time so not really diabetes in a cup." He replied
jamie looked at her watch she still had 15 minutes . she putt another spoonfull of the melted contents of her cup
Quinn watched her as he ate, "Why do you keep checking the time?" he asked
"Don't want t be late for Marcus"she says continuing to the eat
She finished it and threw away the cup she walked back over to the table "I still got five minutes"she says
"Before you have to leave? or before he has a fit?" he asked
