So thoughts of how I felt near the end.

I thought it was cool with Cecilia jumping into the fight with the demon and how the demon was taken by surprise. He never expected her to show up and get involved. That fight was excellent!

I loved the ending - that was awesome - I am happy that the Hunter will be taking care of Hailen.

I was sad to see the Hunter leave his city but I can see why it would be so hard to stay there with everything that has happened to him - all the deaths of his friends and people he loved killed by the demons and the Bloody Hand thugs. It would be too sad to walk those streets and having flashbacks of what happened to all his friends on his mind every day.

The mystery woman appearing in his mind - I am wondering too -who is she? lol I know it is a big secret Andy! Your lips are sealed! lol

I loved how Bardin and Farida appeared at the end - brought tears to my eyes - so much emotion wrapped within those moments.

Also when the Hunter yelled to the sky that he will no longer be a pawn for the gods - he no longer has the scars.

I found that to be interesting as well - so does that mean he is no longer a demon or that he is just not controlled by soulhunger?


Looking forward to new adventures that await the Hunter and cannot wait to see what happens next in book 2.

As soon as some of the members are almost done with book 1 we will be figuring out when to read book 2 to continue on this journey. :)

Hi, yes, 5 stars obviously, shared on GR and Amazon. However, the best part of this read is joining Andy's email. I get emails from a few different authors but none of them are as personal and sweet as Andy's. Plus I got free shit, and who doesn't love that!?

Me too, you think July? I've got June packed to the brim but I really want to continue before my brain completely forgets what happened! We're going to work on an exact date to make sure everyone is caught up before we start the next book! And Andy has said he will join us when we continue, because he is a damn prince!
