Combine Book Series and Author - DragonFire

The DragonFire series needs to be consolidated to one author and one series:

The first book has the author listed, " Lewis Jones Davies" should be removed. The fourth book needs to be added to the series and have its title corrected. The author and illustrator for the book also need to be changed to the same ones as the other three.

The first book was originally published under the name Lewis Jones Davies, so all editions of that work must have that name as the first listed author.

Ok, I believe the fourth still needs to be added to the series and have the author changed to match the other three.

Added #4 to the series, and as the author has given the 2nd Arc a new series name, added the new series as well.
