Hero mistreated by wife and moves on with heroine

Hi, could anyone suggest books where the hero is in a bad marriage with a abusive woman? Then maybe the heroine could swoop in a look like someone who'd treat him right. I'm not a fan of cheating stories so if possible maybe name a few where the hero splits with the wife before pursuing the heroine. If not then I wouldn't mind reading where cheating it is part of the plot.
