My Dictator book works for the 500/650 page count and also the MC is a father. 2 Typhon tasks. It'll take me a while though.
Greek Mythology: The Gods, Goddesses, and Heroes Handbook: From Aphrodite to Zeus, a Profile of Who's Who in Greek Mythology does not have its page count listed for the kindle version. Can someone fix that, please?

I just realized when I finish Roots: The Saga of an American Family I will have read 4 of the 5 longest books on my TBR list. I’m pretty excited about that!

I think it's probably pushing it for prophecy but would squeak through on riddle.. but I'll leave it up to our very illustrious Captains to make a decision. 😁
Polyphemus (Cyclops)
Polyphemus has been seen on your lands, searching for a new optometrist. Maybe he can be pacified with a good recommendation for an in-network doctor. Very hard to kill but can be distracted with sheep. He loves his sheep. Also, might distract him by discussing what a complete dink Ulysses really is despite his fame.
To vanquish this monster you must:
1.) Read a book between 500 and 650 pages (inclusive).
2.) Read a book that takes place on an island.
3.) Read a book where a character engages in some sort of trickery (your interpretation).
4.) Read a book with sheep AND people on the cover.
5.) Read a book whose MC is a farmer.
We’ve got another tough monster, but we’re doing really well as a team!

So for this monster we don’t have anything in the spreadsheet for “takes place on an island” “sheep and people on cover (at least 1 of each)” and “MC is a farmer”. If you have anything you’re reading that works for any of those please add it or comment here and one of the captains can update the spreadsheet. Sheep/people on cover is tricky, but can snoop some other teams and look for options tomorrow - I need to get to bed soon and not read till Midnight again!

Oh that is good but when I went to buy it on kindle I can't get that edition with the sheep and the android on the cover. And you can only use the edition you actually read, right.

Talk about bloodthirsty political times. We have nothing on them these days.

5.) Read a book that features a bird (bird shifter accepted).
My current book which should be finished tomorrow is No 6. Unfortunately I don't think it fits any of the other tasks in birds.
