No, it was for war tag - I was trying to find a books set in the location and war for that one task (unsuccessfully unfortunately)

That’s also why I wanted to know how much needs to be in one of the listed countries.

I would say more than 50% of it has to be in the listed country. But I'll do some digging and see if it's in the rules saying otherwise.
