Mention was made about Jason Lopez where Nate was clear he didn’t trust him either. Apparently it’s well known in the office that he’s a direct pipeline to Rachel Vaughn. Did any of this surprise you? How is this going to effect him as an agent going forward? Will this reputation follow him wherever he goes?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments It did surprise me that Jasen was still acting as Rachel's mole. It will make the people he works with less likely to be open and honest with him. Yeah, it will follow him.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments If people believe that Jason is still feeding information to Rachel, they will be very careful when they say anything in front of him.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1203 comments He is a disaster for collegiality and trust, essentials for this kind of work.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments Every organization or department has that person who blabs to the boss. Jason is that person who wants to brown-nose Rachel with information. The team knows it and will be careful what is said to him.

Jason had that rep coming into the office and he’s done so much to confirm it. It’s who he is and will define his career into retirement. No one will ever say anything to him about it; everyone will just keep his rep in mind when talking in front of him. He’s earned this and will have a mediocre but satisfying career. Jason isn’t aiming high because he’s just a tool.
