Nate and Lucy are forced to leave their truck when Officer Riley was pinned down by SueAnn Trembly. Was there a moment when you questioned whether Riley was involved? Did Lucy and Nate have alternatives?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I never suspected Riley was involved. I don't think Lucy and Nate had any other alternative.

For a very brief moment I entertained the idea as he was the only leverage the gang had for Lucy & Nate to leave the truck.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I didn't suspect Riley at all. And I don't think Lucy and Nate had any other alternatives in this situation.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1203 comments Agreed, they were really in a tough situation.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I thought that Riley was involved for a few paragraphs. Lucy and Nate didn't have any choice but to leave the truck. They couldn't stand by and watch Riley without helping.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I do have to say that I thought the spike strip across the flooded road was genius. No way could they have seen it until they were on it. In fact, how the gang manipulated the whole situation was really smart and well planned. Aside from the crazy bitch, it was well executed.

I agree. Samuel was right. They were a well oiled machine until SueAnn and Kirk came aboard with their crazy mother Monica.
