Worldcat says 288 pages. Is there anything after p. 272 at all?

272 is the last numbered page. After that there is 1 unnumbered "About the author" page and one blank page. Certainly not 16 pages.
I don't really mind if you want to make it 288 if that's what Worldcat says. Just anything other than Blank which it currently has.
