Yes, you can add a book that isn't sold on Amazon. We only need the front cover image. You can add the .jpg photo to your profile using this link: https://www.goodreads.com/photo/new
Post the request in the Adding New Books folder. Be sure to include the link to the cover image photo you added. Follow the instructions found here: How to request a book to be added to Goodreads
I would like to ask if a new book can be added to Goodreads and my author profile on Goodreads if the book is not sold on Amazon but instead by an independent publisher. I have all the information needed for adding the book on Goodreads except that the publisher does not have a clear image of the front cover on the site (I would need to send GR's the front and back cover separately in jpg file). Can this book be added if as mentioned, it is not on Amazon? Thank you
