To be listed as a series on GR, books typically have to share elements like world or characters; anthologies aren't usually listed as series.
this was a request by the anthology authors who put together both books. is there something specific they could do in order to connect them?
Being a series on amazon means nothing here on GR as we have different policies.Unless the anthologies share characters or a setting, they wouldn't be a series here on GR. And a setting such as Earth wouldn't be sufficient as it isn't specific enough.

Willow Daughter and The Naiad's Curse are in the same world.
One Fair Eve and Daughter if the Selkie King are set in the same world
The Fern Flower and The Wishing Well are set in the same village and the characters of one are mentioned in the other.
