naurrrr duolingo is okay if you want to assimilate w the language, but not at all for fluency (or at least, you'll need supplemental material for a self-study or a class)

i only took classes for latin (some of it though most was a self-study), hindi, mandarin which im not rlly fluent in tbh, and spanish

Yes Mary I'm seriously fine, I went through my depression phase like a week ago lol. And that's great mack! And I relate to that way too fucking much but swap adhd with procrastination 🙃

Yeah ik, but I don't have adhd, I have like normal symptoms of it but after a shit ton of research, my procrastination is a result of my anxiety and fear of failure and the need to be perfect and the fact that I'm the older sibling so yeah. Honestly you should have gone into a rant I love hearing rants I just fucking ranted so much :)

Yeah see, I'm self diagnosed, I spend so much time on the Internet just browsing that a recommended video on my yt account was "What’s the difference between panic and anxiety attacks? 🤔" 😁✌🏻 turns out I have anxiety attacks. And the thing is for a while I did think that I have adhd but then I saw a lot of videos and my attention span isn't really short, I just zone out bc of my anxiety. And that is fucked up that they just don't go deep in specifics which ppl r literally paying them to do. And I know I'm depressed bc I cried for an entire year when I was 11 and got told by my mother that I would never be anything in my entire life bc she just acknowledged my depression as laziness :) and it just hasn't left

I feel like I would go to therapy when I grow up cause I'm a very independent person, I don't think I'd able to believe anyone trying to/accept help unless I was paying which would give them a reason to do so, the other option is literally just dying without telling anyone about me.
