Page numbers with source
How book qualified, with links or cover as necessary.
Date Completed.
Rating/Review.
**Remember to use the first edition Kindle page count only! If your page count comes from a Kindle edition published on the initial publication date on the editions page, it will count. If your page count comes from a Kindle edition labeled '1st edition', it will count. If your page count comes from the earliest dated English language Kindle edition, it will count. I am looking for one of those three things when confirming your books! As long the page count you list is correct, I will accept any link to the book. Ebook page count will be acceptable if no Kindle page count available. The acceptability of other page counts will be made on an individual basis.**
Please note that a rating is now required in your completion posts! A small review is also welcome. 😊

Please select a team leader to help keep track of where your team is in any given task. And as necessary guide discussions for task decisions. Any teammate can report your completions though.
Remember, it is the team's responsibility to notify the host (me) if a teammate fails to complete the task in a timely manner or otherwise goes missing! I am not checking all the team threads regularly to notice and may only check when notified a task is complete.
PS - If you want to be known as anything other than Team 16, you are free to come up with a team name. 😉

I wouldn't mind being the captain if no one else has a desire to do it. As long as you don't mind my schedule and posting when I can. I can usually pop on to goodreads multiple times a day.
I read only contemporary romances. I have tried others and just have the hardest time and I have given up trying to read things I know I won't like.
I plan on posting some of my favorites or ideas for each task where we have to agree on something.

I'm 19 years old, and I'm doing 2 degrees at the moment, one degree on-campus and one degree online. So, yea, it can get pretty hectic at times. Which reminds me, I have exams from 17th till 22nd, so I might not be able to get much read then, maybe 1-2 books a week during that week alone? I apologize for that
I don't think I can be a captain just yet, and Im fine with Katelyn being one. I'd love to help though, incase the captain needs it.
I'm down to reading new books and trying new genres, provided its not too big of a leap from my comfort zone
Oh, and, English is not my first language, so could you guys please ignore my grammatical errors and typos ? Thank youuu:)

I like One of a Kindle and Off to the Bookstore. I'm pretty sure there are GR groups with Bookmarked and Overbooked as their names :/

I am also one that does not like to stray to far from my comfort zone. Contemporary is always a plus for me so we should be okay on that front.

I sent her a message, but haven't heard anything back yet.

That'd work fine.. I'm usually on GR only on the evenings, so thatd be better than fine, actually

This will be the 2nd time I have done the Amazing Race but it's been 2 years I think.
I live in Idaho, which is MST, I am 2 hours behind Katelyn.
Team name - I like Off to the Bookstore :)

I wanted to say I have started organizing a lot of books onto shelves and I have some separated by setting or year published. In case you need some ideas.

Well, I have always had a fascination with Indian books, so I'm p sure there are more than a few books set here..
Buttt, I agree, not a lot of romance books in English. We can however, read books of other genres like mythology, horror and thriller, right? Unless its specified Romance? If so, we can definitely find a book we would like set in India

Same, I do not do well in reading preplanned books

Today is the day! The task should be dropped at 6 pm EST I believe unless she drops it earlier.
