Review: For some reason, I always think I'm not going to like Alexis Hall's works but then end up loving them! It was just the right amount of sweet, angsty, funny, and romance. Well written and thoroughly enjoyable! I look forward to the sequel.

Review: This had all the hallmarks of a great Lucy story and more! It was funny, sweet, and extremely steamy. Enemies to lovers is so hit or miss for me, as I either don't believe the "enemies" part, or I don't believe the turn to more, but both here worked so perfectly. Grey definitely carried a grudge against Ellison and everything he represented, and it was more of a slow burn than Lucy usually delivers as they made there way from enemies to so much more. Wonderful characters, snarky banter, and a perfect second chance story. Lucy has done it again.

Young Mungo by Douglas Stuart

Review: Douglas Stuart does an amazing job crafting the story of Young Mungo. Skipping back and forth through time, covering the tales of Mungo, his siblings, mother, and friend James. Just enough of each bit of the story is revealed, till the climactic ending. Just perfectly done!
Chris Reilly delivers a stellar performance in the audio version of Young Mungo. His thick, rolling Glaswegian accent creates a wonderful atmosphere. From the intimate times the boys spend together, the terror of the street fights, and Mungo's fateful camping trip, Mr. Reilly truly brings this story to life.
I finished mine, I'll try to see if I can find another one that works since we need 6 but tomorrow is my in office day so I don't get as much reading done.

Awesome story! Serious at times but mostly funny. 😁 With endearing characters, living ones as well as ghosts. Especially of course the main characters, sassy Hiro and grumpy Maddox.
Sorry in advance, team! It will take me a few days to read this long book, but I really need to finally get it out of the way, so I can read book 2 of the series for SH. 😬🙈

I'm okay with both authors. Looks like Lorelei M. Hart has a couple of short books (haven't read by this author yet either) and by Cole McCade I would re-read the shortest possible book of his Criminal Intentions series.It's already mid-May and I've only read one of my five SH books. 🙈
I'm good with anything! I only have 1 SH book left so I'm pretty set there. If I start the Crminal Intentions series am I not going to want to stop?

sorry to trow a wrench in there 😁 should we just stick it out with Lorelei Hart?I ended up staying up til 2:30 last night and finishing the book I'm currently reading. Kiss Interrupted. It was SO good, I had tears streaming down my face several times throughout.
So if you want to go back to our original author, or anyone suggest someone else as well... either way I'm good.

Review: As always Maz delivers on a fun dinosaur romp filled with laughs, action, and amazing characters. Yu has always been somewhat of a mystery so it was great hearing more about him, and Lance was one of those characters I instantly loved (probably because I related to the bumbling awkwardness of him). I really enjoyed how this time around we got to see a different culture and different dinosaurs; Maz makes sure that this series is never repetitive in its tales. I will say this was probably my least favorite in the series. Not that it wasn't great, because it absolutely was, the main story line and connection between the MCS just somehow felt to get a little lost within introducing new characters and plot lines. Still, the epilogue left me SO FREAKING EXCITED for the next book. Bring on Montana's story!

Review:
An interesting world building with an unusual kind of shifters and wraiths, set in a wild west era.
Sheriff Calhoun, a honorable centaur shifter, protects together with his little crew their small town of Stallion Ridge and its people. When a gang of notorious bandits tries to rob a train near of Stallion Ridge, they are able to chase the gangsters away and imprison one of them.
Jesse had his reasons to join the Iron Bandits, even though he definitely doesn't agree with their ruthlessness and deathly violence.
When the law men of Stallion Ridge put Jesse behind bars, he tries to escape with sass and charme. Soon it shows that this bandit has his heart on the right side. ;)

Lovely addition to the series , but i must admit to getting a little confused with all the dreams that they were having and not completly sure what was happening at the end .
