If truck doesn't end up working, I found
. I'm only on book 4 in the series though, so I'd be stuck skipping ahead. I won't be able to start reading anyone though since it's after midnight and I'm off to bed, so I'll wait to see what Kat says about the pickups.
I wish I had some insight on this one, but I don't. Unfortunately we're going to have to wait for Kat's ruling on it. Hopefully it won't be too long, but she's taking the day off from real life today, so it could be a while!

If it is clearly a pickup, not a commercial vehicle, then yes it would work for car.

I give up. I kept waiting and waiting for Shane to have a good reason for dumping Scarlet so harshly back in school but there never was one. Add to that who he had a kid with and how much of a grudge Scarlet had for decades. I just don't care anymore.
I have about 70 pages left in mine, so should be done around lunch time. Got distracted last night by the news and couldn't manage to read much.

This was such a sweet story. Emma and Logan were great, and I love how even though there were so many places were a stupid misunderstanding could have happened, they never did. Actual adults actually communicating. Wonderful. Great couple, cute story. Just what I needed.

Jeez, we have been hit hard by these multiple book tasks
Yeah, that's because we're one of the top teams...the more tasks we complete, the harder they get! It's still random and still possible to pull an easy one, but as teams progress Kat increases the pool of possible tasks, and the new ones she adds are the harder ones. The farther we go the more hard ones are available.
I think I'm going to start with
just so I can be listening to something that works while I search for other books!
WHEW....I got lucky. i started listening to Diamond Fire as soon as Kat posted the task. so, I'm only about an hour in, but I didn't read the details. When i got home to my laptop, i I saw that the synopsis would not qualify the book. It had to be tagged. Luckily, this one is tagged wedding on the 2nd page.It's super short. I'll be done in two hours.
Let me know if i need to read a third. I don't mind. Especially since the one i'm listening to now is so short - total hours is around 3 or 4 i think.

So far I'm enjoying revisiting this series so planning on book 2 next, and happy to continue with book 3 if needed. They're probably on the long end of average (9-10 hours at regular speed), but I can speed the audio up enough so I'll have plenty of time to easily get through them by tomorrow afternoon/early evening.

Tink, I don't think this tag will work...the task specifies wedding or proposal, or variations of those words. Fortunately, there's a tag of 'moc-forced-marriage-shotgun-wedding' on page 11 of the tags, so if you would change your qualification to that, we should be good.

Tink, I'm concerned that Kat won't accept the fake wedding tag for your 2nd book, since it completely changes the meaning of the tag. I've asked in the Q&A thread, so hopefully she'll answer soon. If it doesn't work though, I'm over halfway through a third book that will work (rereading the entire Nora Roberts Bride Quartet since I have extra time between tasks).

I'm about halfway through my first. Sorry, had a bunch of work to get caught up on yesterday. Should be done with it by lunch, though.

Courtney, I have a third book that qualifies already finished if you want to just do the one. If you've got a second one already lined up that's fine, just figured I'd offer since it's already been read!
