Okay, so rules. The only way to become a Moderator is to claim an important NPC of some kind, and I'll list them below. Your Title will have something to do with that NPC, and you can have relatively free range on the design and personality. However, there will be a restriction on how many important characters you can own. For example, the leaders of each race. You can only have one leader for the time being, that way it's fair for everyone. Over time, I will likely update this list of important NPCs, so keep checking every so often to claim someone.

Royal Leaders:
Elves: Claimed by Arieve (As they are the starter city)
Humans:
Dwarves: Huey
Gorgon:
Fey: Poe
Pandawoks:
((More to come soon-))
Work NPCs:
Captain of the Guard:
Royal Advisors (For any leaders):
Bartender for Ravenwood:
((More to be added))

Feel free to recommend any NPC's that are needed.
