Who all is in on this? I opened it yesterday and it was at 12% when I started reading I remember bits and pieces. I'm at 18% now and I remember why I gave it up before, it's boring.

When do you plan to start, Mallory? I'm still at about the 2% mark, reading other stuff, and totally flexible. I hope others join...

...but not if it leads to a group DNF at the 18% mark. That would be as embarrassing for the author as it is for this thread.

I'm good with letting this thread marinate a day or two just in case others express interest. It has aliens. It has to get cool eventually!!

I havn't given it up yet, it just has a lot of military lingo and conspiracy theory talk but nothing really happening. I'm glad for a break from it but when this thread starts up I will go back to it.

Is it just me or is the prose remarkably different than everything else I've read by Lee? If I had to guess the author, I would guess incorrectly.

I'll stick (ha!) with it. It has it's moments but seems to drag compared to Operator B. It's in that 3 star range but can go either way stage for me right now.

I haven't gotten back to it yet, I have kind of forgotten what I read though so I probably won't. I made it further this time than I did on my first attempt to read it but it just don't really interest me.

I gonna burn through it today. I'm still a little bored with it but I'm past the 60%... one of those places where I'd hate to DNF. By burn, I mean some skimming may be necessary.
