Avec des contributions de Christophe Aguiton, Robert Castel, Pierre Dardot, Bastien François, Christian Laval, Arnaud Lechevalier, Frédéric Lordon, Lilian Mathieu, Camille Peugny, Emmanuel Renault, Yves Sintomer et Alain Supiot. Et une préface de Gérard Mordillat.
French is not my specialty, but I'm pretty sure that means "contributions by" with a list of authors (with the last name looks like they wrote the preface). So I would use the authors they listed there.

But I believe these are the editors/translators. I mean, this is a japanese anthology (Haiku) and I doubt any of these names come from Japan.
Should I add main author as Unknown or Collective and all the editors/contributors/translators next ?

When no editors/contributors are known, the correct author for a book with multiple authors/contributors is Various

So let's say at last I get a copy of the book, and I thus know the authors present in the anthology (or I find it somewhere else like Worldcat). The editors should be put as first authors with role="Editor". Then I add the japanese authors whose works are gathered in the book (alphabetical order or in the order they appear in the book?) and finally I add other contributors (translators, foreward, etc.)
Is that right ?
Thank you again!

Is that right ?"
Correct.
I was looking to add a poetical anthology - ISBN 9782070447084 - but I'm not really an expert regarding multiple authors books.
I've read in the manual:
" Goodreads currently allows up to 50 authors per book. Authors should be listed in the order they appear on the book cover. If there is no cover or covers of various editions differ, use alphabetical order. For compilations that include both editors and authors, please list the editors first and then other contributors."
In this case, neither the cover nor the publisher website provide any info about the authors and just mentions "Collectif" which can be translated as "Collective". I don't have any experience about "special" author profiles (such as Unknown, etc.), but in this case what should be done ? I don't own the book so I don't know the authors present in.
