Language-appropriate subtitle separator

Hello! This article from the manual (https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...) mentions the use of a language appropriate subtitle separator. Do we haver a list of separators to use for the most popular languages on Goodreads? The article only has English and German examples. What is it for French?

In general, the default would be a colon. Among other reasons, because that's the separator that the Goodreads system recognizes.

If a particular language usually uses a different separator, that's fine -- as long as it is not the | symbol. That one does not play well with the librarian log system.
