Please elaborate on this. Does this mean none of them can be purchased individually, only as bonuses/extras when buying other books?

They are a collection of books (I can link the seller site if needed) that can only be sold in couples at a fixed price (9,90 euros) for any two books amongst a selection. They can't be sold separately. A series of publishing houses have published books for this special offer (Mondadori, Einaudi, Rizzoli, Piemme and Sperling&Kupfer) for La Feltrinelli, a bookstore chain and publishing house here in italy
rivka wrote: "And all the books have the same ISBN, or just each pair has a shared ISBN?"To my knowledge all the books in the catalogue of this offer share the same ISBN, every single one i've managed to personally check at least. These books are not sold as pre-made pairs, you can simply chose two books in the list a buy both for the fixed price (as they can't be sold separately). Also, to my knowledge, all these books are new editions of already existing and famous works (they are considered "bestsellers") .For the complete list , here is the seller's website :) https://www.lafeltrinelli.it/offerte-...
If the books are not sold individually, we would not usually consider them published as individual books and they therefore should not be added to the Goodreads database.

I was adding the most recent editions of two italian books (La Boutique del Mistero from Buzzati and Le Città Invisibili from Calvino) when I found a peculiar problem . These books, along with others, have been published by different publishing houses in march 2022 for a special "buy one get one free" edition and the ones published by Mondadori seem to share the same ISBN code, it having been probably reused for all the different books the house published for this offer (they have different EAN codes though). When adding these editions, how should i treat the ISBN code (it is 9788804752370) ?
Moreover, it appear a librarian has added a book from this collection (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...) as an independent title instead of as an edition of The Old Man and the Sea , as it should be catalogued
