SOLVED. 2000'S YA F/F book [s]

I was just surfing on Goodreads one day (before I ever joined) looking for a young adult lesbian book.
I found one that looked perfect.
So later, when I did join, I went looking for it.
But I've completely forgotten the title or who might've written it.
I searched all the young adult LGBTQ authors I could think of, but zilch.
Anyway, the cover had a girl with long hair wearing a black t-shirt and a piercing on her face, either her eyebrow or her nose, I don't remember which.
If anyone knows, I would really appreciate the help.

Not a series, plot was serious/dramatic if I remember correctly and the time period was the present, so, sometime in the 2000's. It might have been 90's, but I don't think so.

Well, Orphea Proud isn't it. But I added it as to-read anyway.

And the cover was a photo. I think the girl's hair was blonde. Might've been brown, though.
