Well, their father left them because he couldnt support such a large family. How old were they wheh that happned Jessa?

Oh! And for their quotes, they should say what they think of what their father did. Like, for May, I'm thinking "I'm not saying what my father did was wrong. All I'm saying is I'd kick his ass for it without a second thought."

She pretty much hates her fathers guts :P

And if she said that to someone out loud, she'd say it completely devoid of emotion. I'm thinking she'll usually be quiet, but when provoked can be very outspoken. I'm also thinking she'll be a very logical person

So since they couldnt live too far away from the castle, how about they were born in Angeles? Its a large city near the castle
Ok, so how does this sound for May's history?When May and her sisters were only five, their father moved away, unwilling to support five children. After that, the children all became quite reliant on August, the eldest child, however, May couldn't simply sit around and do nothing while her beloved older brother worked tirelessly, so she began to think about what she could do. May had always been very studious, excelling in anything related to thinking, and one of her favorite hobbies was reading and writing. And so, May decided upon reading and writing letters for those who could not, in return for a small fee. Being the organized girl she was, she planned everything out carefully, and soon her business reaped profits. Though not much, after paying for paper and writing utensils, May had managed to earn a small amount of money, and always gave all of it to August, to spend on food and clothing and other neccasities. Many years later, May had discovered an opening as a royal footman, and immediatly informed August. Though the parting was sad, August made much more money as a royal footman then he ever did doing odd jobs around the town. Soon afterwards however, upon looking at castle jobs further, she discovered places for her and her sisters as royal maids, and shortly afterwards, spots as waiters for her younger brothers. To this day, May continues to care for her family in her own way, helping with planning and preperations.
